Cebu City in the Philippines

The Roark was the 1st US Navy ship to visit Cebu City (2nd Largest City in the Philippines after Manila) since World War II.  Needless to say the town folk were very interested in coming out and seeing us.  We were very popular there while we stay there which I think was a couple of days.
